Understanding Nikon Depth of Field Lens Charts

The following DOF chart is from a Nikkor 28mm F/1.4. I'm confused by the row for 15.0 feet. Notice that the entries under f/5.6 - f/16 show one end of the range to be ZERO, I assume this should be INFINITY, right?
